Regular exercise boosts energy, improves cardiovascular health, reduces stress, aids weight management, and strengthens the immune system.

Are you having a trouble with becoming more energetic? Let me ask you a question. How is your physical performance? Many people find it difficult to start any exercise because they think it has to be complicated. It can be as simple as a 30-minute walk every day.

Exercise and cardiovascular system

Exercise helps you strengthen your muscles. It has a great effect on cardiovascular system. The more you exercise, the less fatigue you will feel when doing your daily duties. This also means better wall of function of your blood vessels, in addition to the greater oxygen supply provided to your muscles. Also, patients with current cardiovascular diseases have seen that after including exercise as a vital part of their day, this enhanced their self-confidence, made them less stressed and anxious. It is advised to do modest activity, such as: cycling, yard work, and swimming for 30-minutes.

 The stress reliever

Exercising elevates endorphins in your body, and decreases levels of stress hormones such as: cortisol, this is why you will feel on top of the world after you exercise, known as “runner’s high feeling”. If your stress is emotional, you should consider the triggers and problems and start working on them. If you are not a big fan of yoga, you can try simple breathing techniques whenever you are stressed, breathe in deeply and slowly. Also, you can release this type of muscle tension by doing progressive muscular relaxation, this might take longer time than deep breathing. So this is done by tightening each muscle and holding the contraction 20 seconds before slowly releasing it. As the muscle relaxes, focus on the release of tension and the feeling of relaxation. Begin with your facial muscles before the rest of your body.

Weight management

Consistency in exercise leads you to the ultimate goal of weight management. Jogging around your house can be a great fresh start. If you eat healthy and make adjustments to your diet, this makes it faster in losing weight. Although exercising regularly can be energy-consuming, however; the endorphins level in your body will be elevated, this will give you a great feeling afterwards. Also, vigorous exercises can stimulate your metabolism and fasten your weight loss, such as riding a bike up the hill.  Moreover, don’t forget about the fact that, exercise can distance you from obesity. According to Harvard medical school, morning exercise might be the best for those aiming to lose weight, or at least for weight management in general.

Its Relation with immune system

Exercising improves your blood’s circulation. As the T cells circulate around the body, exercise makes these immune cells last up to 3 hours after each exercise. Also, it makes you less susceptible to diseases when compared to others who don’t practice exercise. Never forget about the fact that it is also considered a factor that leads to inflammation reduction.
